A Practice Hub is an internal Google Site built around how your practice actually runs. Onboarding, roles, clinical and admin operations, systems, logins, policies and templates – all found from one dashboard.
No new software, no extra logins, nothing for your team to learn. If they can use a website, they can use their Hub.
Built in 30-60 days depending on the size of your practice and what you need, including walkthrough videos for you and your team.

Handover includes a walkthrough video and written guide showing how to make edits, add pages and use the templates provided, so you can keep it going yourself, with no ongoing costs. Your team gets their own walkthrough covering how to use the Hub and why it matters, so rollout is easy.
1:1 Business Coaching
TAILORED COACHING FOR ALLIED HEALTH PRACTICE OWNERS
Coaching is where we work on the parts of your practice that still depend on you – decisions, systems, team, and the habits that keep pulling everything back to your desk. One hour on Zoom, weekly or fortnightly, with a plan you can follow between sessions. Twelve-session and three-session packages. Coaching clients get the lower Hub build price.
