Having trouble accessing your course?
If you have purchased a course from The Speechie Life and are having trouble logging in, this page will walk you through the first steps.
Most login issues are usually connected to the email address used at purchase, a password issue, or the course not showing correctly in your profile.

Where do I log in?
You can log in here: https://thespeechielife.com.au/profile/
This is the profile page for your account.
Once you are logged in, you should be able to see a list of the courses available through The Speechie Life.
Beside each course, you will be able to see whether you are enrolled or not.
If you are enrolled in a course, click “Continue Course” to go through to the course page.
Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t log in. What should I do first?
Start by going to: https://thespeechielife.com.au/profile/
Check that you are using the same email address you used when you purchased the course.
This is usually the most common reason people cannot access their course.
If you have more than one email address, try the one linked to your payment receipt or course confirmation email.
I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page: https://thespeechielife.com.au/profile/
Select the option to reset your password.
You should receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
If you do not receive the password reset email, please check:
- your junk or spam folder
- your promotions folder, if you use Gmail
- whether you entered the correct email address
- whether the email address matches the one you used when purchasing the course
I reset my password but still can’t get in. What should I do?
Try opening the login page https://thespeechielife.com.au/profile/ in a new browser window.
You can also try:
- refreshing the page
- clearing your browser cache
- using a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari
- using a computer instead of a phone
- checking that your password has been typed correctly
If it still does not work, please email me with screenshots so I can see what is happening.
I can log in, but I can’t see my course.
Once you are logged in, you should see a list of courses.
Each course will show whether you are enrolled or not.
If you are enrolled, click “Continue Course” to access the course page.
If you believe you have purchased a course but it is not showing as enrolled, please email me and include:
- the course name
- the email address you used to purchase
- a screenshot of what you can see on your profile page
- a screenshot of your payment receipt, if you have it handy
The course says I’m not enrolled, but I paid for it.
This may mean the purchase email address and login email address are different.
Please email me so I can check the backend and make sure your access is linked correctly.

- the email address you are trying to log in with
- a screenshot of what you can see on your profile page
- a screenshot of any error message
What screenshots should I send?
Screenshots are really helpful because they let me see exactly what is happening from your side.
Please send screenshots of:
- the login page if you are getting an error
- the error message you are seeing
- your profile page after you log in
- the course list showing whether you are enrolled or not
- any payment receipt or course confirmation email, if relevant
You do not need to send your password.
Please never email your password.
How do I contact you if I still can’t access the course?

In your email, please include:
- your full name
- the course you purchased
- the email address you used to purchase the course
- the email address you are trying to log in with
- what you have already tried
- screenshots of the issue
The more information you include, the easier it is for me to work out what is happening.
When will I hear back?
I’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
When you email, you will receive an automatic response letting you know that your email has been received and when I will respond.
Before you email me, please check:

- You are using the same email address you used to purchase the course
- You have tried resetting your password
- You have checked your junk, spam, and promotions folders for the password reset email
- You have tried refreshing the page or using a different browser
- You have taken screenshots of the issue
- You have included the course name in your email
